What is Insomnia?
Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which a person has difficulty falling asleep and/or maintaining sleep through out the night. As many as 30-40% of adults surveyed report symptoms of insomnia over the period of a year. Insomnia can be diagnosed and treated. There are several different treatment options for insomnia.
